OK, not great. They were responsive during the quoting process, but other quotes I got revealed they were missing necessary work. Once that was sorted they were able to send someone out to do the work quickly, but it was clear on the first visit they had not installed this type of system before. We had to reschedule so they could procure the right parts. The installation went fine, although the plumber didn't follow our originally agreed upon route for the pipes, and he didn't check with me before changing the plan. The installation works fine, but the changes made accessing the water manifold harder than it needed to be. The plumber also got lazy and used the wrong size of fittings for part of the pipe run. It's the sort of thing you clearly know is wrong when you're doing it, but he didn't bother to get the right size and swap it out. When I asked for them to come back and fix it they suddenly become unresponsive. The job also has a small subcontractor component to it, and a few months after the job the subcontractor contacted me to inform me they had never been paid.

Quentin and Bryant came out within 30 minutes of my phone call after a deluge of rain. The repaired a leaky pipe and re-parged a wall in about 45 minutes. Awesome and quick service!
